Cool Fish Chardonnay 2008 is made with Chardonnay whose characters were determined by careful selection of the individual vineyards, and varying the maturities to bring out the desired flavor components.

Cool Fish Sauvignon Blanc is an artisanal and creative blend whose goal is to bring out a new dimension in seafood that other white wines may not.  The balance between acidity and flavors is what makes this wine unique.

This wine hints of citrus. Grapefruit and traces of green apples. It has bright acidity to cut through seafood dishes. It particularly goes well with Tuna and Orange Roughy.
